Indiana State University has partnered with TouchNet Information Systems to offer online international tuition payments via credit card.

(International MasterCard, Discover, Visa, JCB, or American Express will be charged a non-refundable, per transaction service fee of 4.25% of the payment amount (minimum $3.00) by the third-party credit card processor. Indiana State University does not receive any part of the service fee.)
CONVERA & TRANSFERMATE Wire Transfer
TouchNet Information Systems also offers online international tuition payments via wire transfer using Convera or Transfermate. Please be aware with wire transfer that, once the payment is initiated in the Student Account Suite, you will need to follow the wire transfer instructions and transfer the funds from your bank account to the wire provider.

FLYWIRE Wire Transfer
Indiana State University has partnered with Flywire to accept payments from international students worldwide. Easily and securely make education payments in your own currency, using local payment methods from the safety and convenience of your home.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Wire transfer payments should be initiated at least 10 business dates before the due date to ensure your payment arrives in time.
International wire exchange rates are only valid for 48 hours.
Payments will not be posted to the student account until funds are received.
