Make an AppointmentHow to Apply as a Graduate Student
1. Choose Your Program
At Indiana State, we offer a broad range of graduate programs including master's and doctoral degrees. You can also earn certificate and licensure credentials. Use our program finder to identify one that fits your professional goals and career ambitions.
2. Review Your Program's Admission Criteria, Requirements, and Deadlines
Graduate applicants are required to submit academic transcripts and proof of degree. Additionally, each graduate program will have different application criteria and deadlines

3. Apply to Indiana State University
- Our graduate programs utilize the Centralized Application Service (CAS). Complete your application online. You can always save it and return later. Be sure to carefully review your information before submitting.
- You will need to pay a non-refundable $35 application fee to apply. The fee is payable by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card.
4. Prepare and Submit Application Materials
Gather and send any materials you need to submit to Indiana State as part of your application. This will include official transcripts and test scores.

Military-affiliated students who are not Indiana residents will be granted the Indiana resident tuition rate upon admission.
