Billing statements are sent by email to student Sycamore email addresses and their authorized users when there is a balance due on the student account. Any balance not covered by a payment plan will result in a variable payment plan fee (no enrollment needed) to extend the due date and allow additional time for payment.
After the final due date, a hold will be placed on the account, preventing the student from registering for the next term until the account balance is paid below the threshold.
NOTE: Priority registration dates/balance requirements do not determine semester due dates for the bill or when a $55 late fee may be assessed.
Payment is due in full by the first day of classes, August 18th, to avoid additional fees being assessed.
Variable Payment Plan (VPP) does not require enrollment. Maximum VPP for fall semester is $60.

If you do not pay your account in full in accordance with the “Payment Procedures” section, you will be subject to the Collections Process, which may result in assignment to University Collections Specialists and/or the balance being reported to the Indiana Department of Revenue tax offset program. If you are assigned to University Collections Specialists:
- You will be prohibited from registering for future terms; and
- You will have a $55 late fee added to your account.
