Cromwell Hall is one of the Sycamore Towers. Primarily for first-year students, this recently remodeled building features a mezzanine with a laundry, kitchen, and social area. Each student floor also features study and social lounges.

Pickerl Hall is home to a mix of first-year and returning Honors Students. It features a spacious lobby area with a kitchenette, vending machines, and a laundry, as well as lounge areas on the student floors.

Erickson Hall is centrally located next to Campus Police, Sycamore Dining, and the Welcome Center. Open to first-year and returning students, it features classrooms used for instruction, socializing, and special events.
