Building a Diverse Supplier Network

The Office of Procurement is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive supplier network. We believe that Minority and Women-Owned Enterprises (XBEs) are essential partners in achieving our goals.

Our commitment to XBE inclusion goes beyond simply meeting regulatory requirements. We recognize the value XBEs bring to our operations:

Increased Vendor Opportunities

We encourage XBE vendors to register with the Indiana Department of Administration’s Division of Supplier Diversity. Becoming State certified recognizes that your business is truly a minority, woman, or veteran owned company, and increases your opportunities to work with universities in Indiana.
