The Office of Procurement at Indiana State University provides support for the purchasing of goods and services for the University. This includes the responsibility for the purchase of all materials, equipment, supplies, contract services and ensuring all purchases are made in accordance with University procurement policies. Contracts for good and services are also reviewed for approval and signature through the Procurement Office. The department works diligently to provide best practice alternatives that strategically source products and services while reducing costs, enabling growth, and mitigating risk for the University. A committed effort is made to provide opportunities for minority, women, and veteran owned businesses to compete for University business through our supplier diversity partnerships.
