Program Availability
The nine-credit Sport Venue Management Graduate Certificate is offered asynchronously and 100 percent online. Courses are eight weeks, and the program offers six entry points each year: August, October, January, March, May, and June. This certificate is open to U.S. and international applicants who meet admission requirements.

What You'll Learn in the Sport Venue Management Graduate Certificate
The Sport Venue Management Graduate Certificate consists of nine credits across three required courses, with no elective option. Each course builds a specific operational capability: staffing a sport organization; building revenue strategies that support a venue; and planning and managing a sport facility.

Admission Requirements and Application Instructions
Enrollment is accepted for six entry dates, in January, March, May, June, August, and October.
All students seeking admission to the online Sport Venue Management Graduate Certificate program must apply and be accepted as a graduate student by Indiana State University. Applicants are considered for admission on a rolling basis upon submission of required materials, including undergraduate transcripts, a personal statement outlining your career goals, and a résumé.

Submit a nonrefundable application fee of $45.00 (U.S. citizens and permanent residents) or $65.00 (international students) payable by Visa, MasterCard, or check or money order payable to Indiana State University.

Next Steps
Once admitted, you will receive notification from the University as well as your University ID number needed to activate your University username on the MyISU Portal. The Portal offers access to online registration, University records, and other important services, including email and University announcements.
Note: Returning Indiana State University students must apply for re-admission if they have not attended the University for more than two calendar years.
