Visit the ISU Health Center for High-Quality Services
The ISU Health Center (UAP Clinic), located in the Student Services Building north of the Hulman Memorial Student Union, provides high-quality health services to all students and employees at Indiana State. The center is staffed with UAP Clinic employees, including a nurse practitioner, laboratory and x-ray technicians, nurses, and support staff workers. In the fall, physicians supplement the clinical staff.
All undergraduate and graduate students taking one or more credit hours at Indiana State, as well as current Indiana State employees, are eligible to receive services at the Health Center. Students must present a valid University ID card upon arrival.
The Health Center accepts private insurance and participates in many insurance plans. Students should bring their insurance card, in addition to their University ID card. However, payment of the plan co-payments is expected at the time of service. Any balance left unpaid by the insurance company will be sent to the person listed as the guarantor. The Health Center accepts the Associated Insurance Plan, private insurance, cash, check, or credit cards.
