Our Special Events team plans and executes a wide range of events that strengthen the University's relationships with alumni, donors, and the broader community.
As a part of the Division of University Advancement, this team organizes signature events, including fundraising galas, alumni gatherings, and recognition ceremonies, all designed to promote Indiana State University's mission to foster connections that support the institution's growth and success. Efforts enhance university engagement and cultivate lasting partnerships that contribute to the University's long-term advancement goals.
Indiana State University will host the fifth annual President’s Dinner this fall. This special event honors the University’s Distinguished Alumni for their significant achievements professionally and within their communities, locally and globally. The 31st Annual President’s Scholars Golf Outing, presented by Ratio and hosted at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course in Indianapolis, brought together alumni and friends on August 21 to raise more than $105,000 in support of Indiana State University’s most prestigious scholarship.
The President’s Scholarship provides full tuition and premium housing to exceptional students who demonstrate high academic achievement and leadership, and this year’s outing gave seven current Scholars the chance to network with alumni, donors, and community leaders. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, participants, and supporters, the outing was a remarkable success and continues to strengthen opportunities for Indiana State’s brightest students.
The 32nd Annual President's Scholars Golf Outing is tentatively planned for Thursday, August 20. To learn more about available sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 President’s Scholars Golf Outing, contact Amber Stinson at Amber.Stinson@indstate.edu.
