59th Annual Festival

The ISU School of Music is pleased to announce the 59th Annual Contemporary Music Festival, scheduled for October 22-24, 2025. The festival will feature acclaimed American composer Damien Geter whose music infuses classical music with various styles from the Black diaspora to create music that furthers the cause for social justice. The featured guest performers for the festival include Jason Ferrante, tenor, Tesia Kwarteng, mezzo soprano, and Adam Richardson, baritone. Other guests will include pianist Jixue Yang and the winners of the Music Now Contest.

Parking Information
The Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts is located at 300 7th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47809. Guests invited to participate in the festival will receive a free parking pass for the duration of the festival. Please visit the School of Music office at the front entrance of the Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts when you arrive to receive your pass.

The closest ISU parking lot to the Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts is directly across 7th Street behind the Centenary United Methodist Church. Other ISU parking lots can be found just east of this location on 9th Street. If you don’t have a parking pass, street parking can often be found and there is also a pay parking lot two blocks south of the music building at Wabash Street and 7th Street. All ISU lots are free to the public after 5:00 p.m.
