59th Annual Festival
The ISU School of Music presented the 59th Annual Contemporary Music Festival on October 22-24, 2025. The festival featured acclaimed American composer Damien Geter whose music infuses classical music with various styles from the Black diaspora to create music that furthers the cause for social justice. The featured guest performers for the festival included Jason Ferrante, tenor, Tesia Kwarteng, mezzo soprano, and Adam Richardson, baritone. Other guests included pianist Jixue Yang and the winners of the Music Now Contest. Thanks to all guests, faculty, and students who made this year's festival a success!
