- IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(3): For discussion of the assessment, design, and implementation of school safety and security measures, plans, and systems.
- IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b )(2)(D): For discussion of strategy with respect to the sale of real property.
- IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B): To discuss strategy with respect to the initiation of litigation, pending litigation, or threatened litigation.
- IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(5): To receive information about and interview prospective employees.
