Your Sycamore Home at University Apartments

Live a short walk away from campus in the University Apartments, located on Farrington and Crawford Streets near the Wabash River and Fairbanks Park. University Apartments have 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment layouts. They consist of four separate units housing undergraduate and graduate students, and students with families. Unit 4 is limited to students 21 years old and older.

University Apartments are close enough to campus for you to walk to classes, but they’re still far enough away to offer independent living. Socialize with your peers at football watch parties, enjoy outdoor weekend movies on the front lawn, or attend international food tastings at the University Apartments! 

Each Apartment Is Equipped With:

• A full kitchen (no meal plan required)  
• A garbage disposal  
• Basic cable TV  
• A common area telephone jack 
• Wired Ethernet outlet/room  
• Air conditioning 
• Two bedrooms with loftable twin XL beds, desks with chairs, chest of drawers, and closets  
• A private bathroom  
• A comfortable living room with a couch and end tables 

Other Features

University Apartments also feature the Indiana State Early Childhood Education Center (not included in the room cost), a laundry facility, a community center where students gather to socialize, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and University Apartments staff who are on duty after 4:30 p.m.
