GA Pay Authorizations
GA Pay Authorizations are due May 8, 2026 for most summer term GAs. All Fall GA Pay Authorizations are due July 1, 2026. Please remember that all GAs must be hired into a position, with an accurate position description, in the Applicant Tracking System PeopleAdmin. Student Employees that are Graduating
Student Employees who are graduating in Spring 2026 and do not intend to pursue additional education at Indiana State University starting in Summer or Fall 2026 may only work in Student Employment roles for one pay period following graduation. The last day for this eligibility is Friday, May 22, 2026.
Please complete a release form to indicate any students on your student employment roster that are graduating and not continuing employment by no later than Friday, May 8, 2026.
Job Continuation Forms
The Indiana State University Payroll office will be distributing Job Continuation Forms to all departments at the end of May. These rosters are based on ST-11 reporting and will not reflect any changes requested after May 8, 2026.
Changes made via Job Continuation Form do not take effect until August 15, 2026.
