Making a Difference

Adam Ferguson, ’25, had been appointed Chief of Police for the West Lafayette Police Department when he decided to further his education in public administration. He recognized that to lead his department effectively, he would need to deepen his understanding of administrative processes, community relations, and the complex world of public service management. That led him to Indiana State’s Master of Public Administration program.
