Why Complete the Pre-Dentistry Program at Indiana State?

If your educational and career goals include applying to dental school to pursue a career as a dentist, then Indiana State’s Pre-Dentistry Program is a great first step.

Begin Your Professional Journey

Upon admission to Indiana State, you will be assigned a pre-professional advisor who will help you develop a strategy for completing prerequisites, identifying an appropriate departmental major (degree program), and navigating the application process for dental school.

During your second or third semester of study, you will select a major (degree program). A faculty advisor is then assigned to help you develop a plan to meet the degree requirements for that major.

Note: This program is not designed for students interested in pre-dental hygiene or dental assisting.
