A: Students who attend an Interview Day will be considered for the following scholarships: President's Academic Excellence, valued at $4,000 yearly; the University Honors scholarship – 30 awarded each year – valued at full in-state tuition; and the President's Scholarship, our most prestigious, with 18 awarded to students each year. The President’s Scholarship is valued at full in-state tuition, housing, and food. On-campus housing is required for President’s Scholars for their first three years.
A: Students who attend an Interview Day will participate in an interview session, have the opportunity to sit for a professional photograph, and hear from current Honors scholars and from Honors College Dean Greg Bierly. There is also a parent panel, featuring speakers from different campus areas, where families will have the chance to learn more about State.
A: Interview Days are an on-campus half day professional event. Students should dress professionally and appropriately.
A: Interview Day events are scheduled for January 13th and 20th. Invited students will select their desired session.
