This is a friendly reminder that the 2026 Wellness Screenings are currently being offered on campus. To earn wellness discounts and/or avoid tobacco surcharges on your 2027 health plan premiums, you and your covered spouse (if applicable) must complete both the Wellness Screening and Tobacco Use Certification.
Getting Started: Visit UnionHealth.GoFitLyfe.com to access the FitLyfe Wellness Portal. Your Union ID for both you and your spouse is ISU followed by your University ID number (e.g., ISU991 or ISU992).
- Returning participants: Log in using your username and password from previous years. If you do not remember your login information, select "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset your account.
- First-time participants: Click "Create New Account" and follow the registration steps.
Once logged in, you can:
- Complete your Tobacco Use Certification.
- Schedule your on-campus Wellness Screening or access the information needed for an off-campus screening.
