GA Pay Authorizations
All Fall GA Pay Authorizations are due July 1, 2026. Please remember that all GAs must be hired into a position, with an accurate position description, in the Applicant Tracking System PeopleAdmin. Job Continuation Forms
The Indiana State University Payroll office will be distributing Job Continuation Forms to all departments at the end of May. These rosters are based on ST-11 reporting and will not reflect any changes requested after May 8, 2026.
Changes made via Job Continuation Form do not take effect until August 15, 2026.
