The online Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision is open to eligible students in the U.S. (including the District of Columbia and all U.S. territories). The program also is open to students in Canada (all provinces). The program is closed to students residing in countries other than the U.S. and Canada except for U.S. military and State Department personnel and their family members with APO/FPO addresses.

Our online Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS) program is designed for individuals who have earned approximately 60 college credits and now wish to complete a bachelor’s degree. The program is ideal for working adults who require flexibility and are interested in obtaining or advancing to a supervisory or leadership position.
Core coursework focuses on skills in high demand by today's employers, including creative problem-solving, critical thinking, team building, communication technology, and work-life integration. Beyond the core classes, students work with an advisor to customize a specialization to meet their career and personal goals. Resources and support for online learning are built into the program because each student's success from day one is paramount. The online core is delivered in accelerated eight-week courses. Advisors help students identify prior learning experiences that may qualify for college credit, including military training, non-collegiate sponsored training, proficiency exams, and work experiences.

What You’ll Learn in the Online Organizational Leadership and Supervision Program
The OLS program offers a flexible and individualized approach to completing your bachelor’s degree. Coursework includes a required core, selected electives, and a track or area of concentration. The track can be fulfilled with an Indiana State University minor, certificate, or interdisciplinary coursework. Working with your advisor, you will customize a program of study to meet your career goals.
Transfer Credit
Indiana State University accepts credit from regionally accredited colleges and universities within the United States, and from selected schools located outside the United States. Credit also may be granted for military training and experience. Previously earned college credit can be applied toward completion of the program per Indiana State's transfer guidelines.
