Our online Organizational Leadership and Supervision program offers a flexible, convenient, and individualized approach to completing your bachelor’s degree and advancing your career.

Benefit from a Program Designed for Adult Learners

Our online Organizational Leadership and Supervision (OLS) program is designed for individuals who have earned approximately 60 college credits and now wish to complete a bachelor’s degree. The program is ideal for working adults who require flexibility and are interested in obtaining or advancing to a supervisory or leadership position.

Core coursework focuses on skills in high demand by today's employers, including creative problem-solving, critical thinking, team building, communication technology, and work-life integration. Beyond the core classes, students work with an advisor to customize a specialization to meet their career and personal goals. Resources and support for online learning are built into the program because each student's success from day one is paramount. The online core is delivered in accelerated eight-week courses. Advisors help students identify prior learning experiences that may qualify for college credit, including military training, non-collegiate sponsored training, proficiency exams, and work experiences.
