Indiana State University has named Emilee Roberts, Ph.D., as the next Executive Director of Career Services. Roberts will join the University on August 17, 2026.
Roberts brings extensive experience in leadership, higher education, employer engagement, and professional development. She most recently served as the Director of Strategy and Impact at Chances and Services for Youth where she cultivated relationships with community partners, donors, volunteers, and corporate sponsors, played a key role in supporting staff in thirteen different program areas, and initiated a wellness committee to support staff engagement and a sense of belonging. She served as an adjunct faculty at St. Mary’s of the Woods. She additionally shares her talents as a board member and volunteer contributor to a number of nonprofits in the community.
Her passion for helping individuals discover and achieve their goals, combined with her strong community connections and collaborative approach, will strengthen career readiness opportunities for students and employer partners alike.
